As a health provider I will be able to process your insurance for you, but keep in mind that your insurance plan may sometimes not go through or it may only cover a certain percentage of the treatment. In some instances the insurance company needs a prescription note for massage therapy from your doctor, we will not know this until we try to process your insurance. Please remember to bring your insurance card to the appointment.

I advise you to come with an alternate form of payment in case your insurance does not cover your treatment cost that day.
